Lex Taytelbaum

Lawyer

Lex Taytelbaum read Dutch law at the University of Amsterdam. During his studies Lex specialised in civil law. He completed a specialist course in private law, business and international trade in the final year of his studies. He wrote his thesis on maritime law and as a follow-up, produced an article on the subject, which was published in April 2006 under the title of ‘Uniforme uitleg van de Hague (Visby) Rules in de praktijk’ in the professional journal, Vervoer & Recht. Lex has been working as an attorney-at-law for RechtStaete since 1 November 2006. His specialisation in business law ties in well with RechtStaete’s existing property practice.
