Diane Nijkamp

Tax adviser

Diane Nijkamp read tax law at the University of Leiden. She completed her studies at the beginning of 2000. In 2008 she completed several international tax law components of the post-doctoral advanced LL.M. programme of studies at the International Tax Centre in Leiden.

Relevant professional experience
Diane’s practice focuses predominantly on providing advice to affluent individuals, directors/ major shareholders and their companies, providing tax assistance for national and international investments. This covers gift tax, succession tax, income tax, salary tax and corporation tax, and their international aspects. Diane provides advice on estate planning, business succession, corporate structures, golden handshake companies and the emigration of significant interest holders, amongst other things.

Publications
Diane regularly publishes in quarterly communications released by trusts (family office or otherwise) and publications dealing with living and working abroad.
