Daniel van den Bergh

Daniël van den Bergh read Dutch and other law at the University of Amsterdam and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York. He has been working for RechtStaete since March 2007. His work comprises the facilitation of property transactions, and the provision of advice in relation to tenancy law, procedural law, attachment and execution law and general contract law. In addition, he regularly conducts transactions involving hotels. In 2008 Daniel successfully completed the post-doctoral Grotius Immovable Property programme of study.
