Frank van Buuren

Frank van Buuren studied law at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. He provides
assistance to Dutch and foreign clients in relation to the execution of property transactions in the broadest sense of the term. In addition, he is involved in the realisation of new building projects, including their structuring and funding, as well as property-related managerial work.
Frank has always been involved in the provision of legal assistance with regard to property matters, first in the business sector and later in the legal profession. Frank is one of the firm’s founders.

conducting due diligence studies, structuring joint ventures, the provision of advice in respect of funding mechanisms, etc.;
the development and realisation of property from design and tendering to contracting, including the provision of assistance involving administrative law in relation to this (licences, permits, zoning plans, etc.);
assistance with property-related managerial work (tenancy agreements and disputes, and management and service contracts);
conducting legal proceedings, arbitration, etc.
